If you decide to move forward, we’ll invoice your planning fee, if applicable. Once received, we’ll begin developing your personalized proposal.
You’ll receive a personalized proposal to review. Send us your feedback and we’ll adjust the details until it feels right for you.
Once the proposal is approved, you’ll submit a credit card authorization, and we’ll handle booking all trip components you’ve selected.
We’ll wrap up the final details, prepare you for departure, and stay available while you’re away—just in case.

Our planning fee covers the value of the dedicated work in researching the best options for your needs, coordinating with suppliers, securing reservations, and managing all the behind-the-scenes details that make your trip feel effortless. In many cases, the value we provide through upgrades, perks, and insider access more than offsets the cost. Think of it as an investment in peace of mind: you're not just getting a booking, you're getting a trusted partner who is dedicated to making your trip exceptional from beginning to end.
In most cases, you’ll pay the same, or receive added value, when you book through us. Through our professional booking channels, we have access to exclusive perks, preferred rates, and limited-time promotions at hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and travel partners worldwide.
We present all rates and costs from the start. You'll know exactly where your money is going before you commit to anything, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
When you book with us, you may receive preferred partner amenities at select hotels and cruise lines, benefits that add comfort and value to your stay or sailing.
These can include daily breakfast, room or suite upgrades, spa or resort credits, welcome amenities, and extended check-in or check-out.
Perks vary by property, cruise line, and availability, and while they can’t be guaranteed, I always aim to secure added value where possible. I’ll clearly outline what’s included before you book, so you know exactly what to expect.
While a lot depends on the type of trip and when and where you’re going, earlier is almost always better. Popular hotels and cruises sailing book up quickly, and starting sooner rather than later gives us the most flexibility and access.
We recommend reaching out six to eight months before your planned travel dates to start the conversation.
That said, we're happy to work with shorter timelines too. It’s never too late to get started.
